The Audi Q6 e-tron is poised to become a game-changer in the Indian luxury electric vehicle segment. The Q6 e-tron is the first production vehicle to be built on the Premium Platform Electric (PPE), a cutting-edge 800-volt architecture co-developed by Audi and Porsche. Its 100 kWh lithium-ion battery (94.9 kWh usable) enables a WLTP-claimed range of up to 625 km, putting it at the forefront of its class. The 800-volt system allows for ultra-fast DC charging at up to 270 kW, meaning a 10-minute charge can add up to 255 km of range, and a full charge from 10% to 80% can be completed in just 21 minutes.
Design that Breaks Boundaries
The exterior of the Q6 e-tron maintains the powerful and athletic stance of an SUV while integrating a modern, sophisticated design language. It features the brand's signature single-frame grille, now with a new inverted design. Its most striking visual element is the advanced lighting technology, including Matrix LED headlights and digital OLED taillights that can display customizable light signatures, allowing owners to personalize their vehicle's look.
Inside, the cabin is a technological marvel. The dashboard is dominated by what Audi calls the "Digital Stage," a sweeping curved display that seamlessly integrates a 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.5-inch central infotainment touchscreen. The new infotainment system, based on the Android Automotive operating system, provides a fluid and intuitive user experience. India Launch and Pricing
Audi is preparing to introduce the Q6 e-tron to the Indian market in late 2025. It will initially arrive as a fully imported unit, with an estimated ex-showroom price in the range of ?1.00 - ?1.10 Crore.
