Suzuki is all set to electrify the Indian scooter market with its Burgman Street Electric, expected to launch in October 2025. Priced between Rs.1,05,000 and Rs.1,20,000, this scooter aims to offer a perfect blend of style, performance, and eco-friendly commuting for urban riders.
Sleek Design & Smart Features
The Burgman Street Electric retains the iconic maxi-scooter styling of the Burgman Street 125, featuring a modern white and blue dual-tone color scheme. It is expected to come equipped with LED lighting, a full-digital instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity, and ample under-seat storage, making it a practical and stylish choice for daily rides.
Performance & Range
Powered by an approximate 2.5 kW electric motor, the scooter delivers performance similar to a 125cc petrol scooter. Its estimated range of 60–89 km per charge is ideal for city commutes. While the charging time details are yet to be confirmed, standard charging options are expected.
Competitors in the Market
The Burgman Street Electric will compete with popular models such as the Bajaj Chetak, TVS iQube, and Ather 450 Plus, offering riders more eco-friendly options without compromising on style or comfort.
With its upcoming launch, the Suzuki Burgman Street Electric is poised to become a strong contender in India’s growing electric scooter segment, providing a sustainable and stylish urban mobility solution.
