Targeted incentives for local battery production and recycling facilities would bolster supply chain resilience and create valuable jobs. Additionally, extending FAME-II subsidies beyond two-wheelers to include commercial EVs would significantly accelerate their adoption, promoting cleaner logistics and reducing carbon footprint.
